“I checked in on Thursday, and Chris at the front desk was very friendly and patient while helping me as i was having issues with my card going through. The stay itself was great as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the gym and pool too, and the location was good for walking around.”

“Supposed to check in at 3 and finally got out room at 7. The room the gave us had people already staying in it (this happened to 2 other couples we spoke with). We then got a new room and was walked in on twice at 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm at night because the hotel had sent people up to our room. The manager had no interest in helping us and making our stay more pleasant. She did not seem to care about the poor management of the hotel. She also did not believ…”

“Nice hotel in a really great neighborhood. Within walking distace to many attractions. Also nearby to transportion options such as the Sliver Line and South Station. The rooms were clean and modern and the lobby is expansive and features a bar, a Starbucks and two resturants. Checkin and checkout was fast and they allowed us to checkin 3 hours early so I'll give them a very high mark on the service.”

“One of the best places in Boston to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great. There is also a COMEDY CLUB inside! Parking is very reasonable. It's close to everything. The pool is pretty run down otherwise 5 stars all day.”

“The room keys system changed,in the tome of July 4th and 250 celebrations and FIFA WORLD CUP TIME!! I wait for long time to fix my room key. Also some elevators not working well which cause delay in going down to the lobby. Need better preparation inside the room like bottled water or putting cups near the water supply in each floor, there water machine without cups! The staff are fine and helpful. But these are management issues”
