How Conventions.com collects, uses, and safeguards information across our convention, venue, and exhibitor RFQ services.
1. Information You Provide
When you submit a group hotel room block request (9+ rooms), private dining buyout inquiry, exhibitor booth/AV RFQ, venue site-selection RFP, or community show review on Conventions.com, we collect only the business contact and event-specification details you voluntarily submit (such as your name, work email, company, target convention, dates, and headcount) solely to fulfill your request.
2. Outbound Hotel & Partner Lookups
Individual hotel availability lookups (1–8 rooms) route you to verified hospitality booking partners with your selected destination and convention dates. Conventions.com does not process or store payment card numbers on our servers.
3. Analytics, Logs & Security
We use privacy-conscious server telemetry and search performance diagnostics to monitor page reliability, prevent automated form abuse, and improve venue and convention accuracy. We do not sell personal contact lists to third-party badge-list brokers.
4. Your Privacy Rights & Contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any RFQ submission or review associated with your business email address at any time by contacting privacy@conventions.com.
