“I stayed here in July for a family reunion, as it was the most convenient location for our event. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Check In: I used the Hilton app to check in and access my room with the digital key, which was seamless. A quick tip for drivers: if you pre-pay for garage parking, you will still need to stop by the front desk for a physical keycard to exit the garage. (Parking is a bit pricey, but standard for DC hotels). When I went…”

“As a diamond member I am proud to report a superb staff and wonderful hotel accommodations. A lot of time the staff attitude will kill a great hotel, but not here! The hotel provided exceptional service and the staff echoed the sentiment. I was amazed with Antonio the bellman. How he fit 30 pieces of luggage inside my SVU was remarkable, lol. He remembered everyone names and offered a warm greeting at every encounter. All the staff must have taken a custo…”

“We had the best experience checking in with Isabel at the front desk. Our room wasn’t ready and she could tell we were absolutely dragging after flying out very early. She spoke with Shak and was able to find a room ready for us right away. We were SO thankful as we had our in laws with us and they were exhausted. I can’t thank Isabel and Shak enough for taking care of us! The hotel itself is nice and although it is renovated it definitely still smells of…”

“Everyone was amazing! The room had a few issues with the bathroom door and housekeeping wasn’t able to come after a certain time, but they did provide towels when I asked. Isabel at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful making my checkout very smooth. Chris outside handling the taxis and Ubers were as incredible!! He was out there all day every day not only assisting but helping with luggage and flagging down and directing the drivers! Amazing jo…”

“This is a very nice hotel and probably the best Hilton I know. I stay here for a week once every year and this is my 4th year. Honestly, it’s expensive and I would not stay unless a company was paying for it. But you get what you pay for, and this is nice in every respect for a business class hotel. The food is way overpriced but there are plenty of options within an easy walk. Again, it’s definitely worth the price if you or your company can afford it.”
