Phoenix Convention Center has one of the easiest airport rail connections in North America: board the free 24/7 PHX Sky Train from Terminal 3 or Terminal 4 to the 44th St/Washington station, then step onto Valley Metro Rail westbound for 11 minutes directly to 3rd St/Washington (right between the North and West Buildings). Standard fare is $2.00 ($4.00 all-day pass), or $0 FREE if your convention participates in Visit Phoenix's Convention Transit Badge program!

Valley Metro Rail & PHX Sky Harbor Official Transit Guide

Arizona is a constitutional Right-to-Work state. Full-time exhibitor employees may hand-carry display materials through public pedestrian doors, unpack and assemble 10×10 or 20×20 booths using their own tools, and mount their own monitors without mandatory union carpenter minimums. Exhibitors may also hire independent local Phoenix EAC booth builders and AV crews (~$98/hr straight time—nearly 50% lower than coastal union halls) by filing a COI 30 days prior to move-in. Only Edlen Electrical (utilities/power), Aventura Catering (F&B), Smart City (telecom), and dock forklift drayage are exclusive.
