Sunset Station Casino — Mission-Critical Wireless, Private LTE & Tower Expo 2027

“KHONG is the reason for this review. I’ve delt with this pit boss on two different occasions, both terrible experiences. I’m a platinum member & he denied me $40 in comp after playing for hours! AND I was playing the day before as well. He said “maybe you forgot to use your card” really!? I come here at least 2-3 times a week, sometimes more & they treat me poorly. “I just had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this casino. From the start, the dealers energy was terrible and he constantly had something to say to guests, not just me. His attitude was so bad that everyone eventually left the table. A man who was playing with me got up right before I did and even wished me good luck before leaving. After I told the dealer he was being terrible, he became extremely disrespectful and started going off on me. I’m…”
