Santa Station Casino — Municipal Public Works & City Management Convention 2027

“Station casinos. You need to pay better attention to your dealers. They consistently Miss dealing hands taking away good hands from players and completely missing or underpaying payouts. The whole time I was there I had to pay attention to every single mathematical calculation because the dealer was Non-Stop underpaying me. This is how you lose players in a casino. It will have to take a monumental effort for me to ever come back to this property. You used…”

“First time I've been there, first night, room next door had a couple fighting, cussing and theatening each other. Walls are paper thin, tub/shower was very slippery ... We changed rooms second night because of the neighbors. Room was pleasant, slippery tub/shower as bad as the first room. Perhaps I …”

They advertised it as their celebration of their 50th anniversary. To think it would be extra special. DID NOT happen. Station Casino…”

“We parked in the self-parking garage at 8:30 PM to watch the fireworks. There was NOT A SINGLE SIGN at the garage entrance saying it would be closed from 8:45 PM to 10:00 PM. Around 9:05 PM, security suddenly told we had to leave the garage and go inside the casino. Fine… except I needed to leave by 9:30 PM so I said I’ll just leave now. Then they told me I COULDN’T LEAVE because all garage exits were locked until 10 PM. 🤯 Seriously? You lock people in…”
