Palace Station Casino — 5G Fiber & Data Center Engineering Summit 2027

“We enjoyed a one-night staycation and got to experience the casino life! Bingo was fun, and I even won a little coin—enough to justify ordering extra cheese on my pizza! 😂 The customer service throughout the property was 5-star. Everyone we encountered was helpful and pleasant, from the rewards counter staff to the gaming attendants. The oyster bar chef was also very friendly. My only complaint was that cocktail service was a little sparse. I wasn't drink…”

“While the hotel was very clean and fresh the service was poor. I never received a drink while on the machines. I only saw one cocktail waitress which could've been why. EVERYTHING is a la carte which is krazy work since a resort fee is charged daily. The strip is across the highway so if you didn't drive be prepared to pay at least $20 &^ for a lyft/Uber. The Oyster bar is amazing but be prepared to stand in line for an hour. All the other food vendors …”

My trip highlight is always resting at the pool area. I notified Ivy the jacuzzi alarm and red light indicator was on and she immediately called maintenance and had it reset then thanked me for letting me know and provided a complimentary beverage for the inconvenience that I had to wait to get i…”

Being on the 18th floor made this a significant inconvenience, especially when coming and going and dealing with luggage. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from the hotel. We were never personally notified about the elevator outage …”

“I’m back again at the Oyster Bar at Palace Station. This is a small counter-style restaurant right on the casino floor, so it has a completely different feel from a typical sit-down restaurant. You can actually watch the chefs prepare the food right in front of you. The menu has a great variety of seafood, including oysters, shrimp, clams, gumbo, pan roasts, cioppino, jambalaya, and more. Everything is made to order, and you can choose your spice level o…”
